1. What Snabbservice is

Snabbservice is an introduction platform. We connect customers with independent service providers. We are not the employer of any provider, we do not supervise the work, and we are not a party to the agreement between customer and provider.

2. Payment

Snabbservice does not process payments and takes no commission. Price is agreed between customer and provider and settled directly between them. Any figure shown on the platform is a record of what the parties indicated, not an invoice issued by Snabbservice.

3. Bookings

A booking request is not binding until the provider accepts it. Providers may accept, decline, or propose a different time. Requests that are not answered before their deadline expire automatically.

4. Cancellation

A customer may cancel a request freely before it is accepted. After acceptance the provider's own cancellation policy applies. Once a service has started it can no longer be cancelled through the platform.

5. Contact details

When a booking is confirmed, the customer's and provider's phone numbers are shared with each other so they can coordinate. Both parties consent to this by using the platform.

6. Conduct

We may investigate reported issues and may warn, suspend or remove accounts that receive repeated complaints or breach these terms.

7. Liability

Providers are independent and responsible for their own work, insurance, tax and licensing. Snabbservice is not liable for the quality, safety or legality of services arranged through the platform.
